Speaker’s Biography:
Mike is the Engineering Manager of Kitchen Ventilation Systems at Greenheck Fan Corporation. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin. Mike has been working in Greenheck’s foodservice/kitchen ventilation systems business unit for three years. His experience and work has focused on effective and efficient kitchen ventilation system design, product application, and new product development. Prior to his current role, Mike spent 15 years working primarily in the areas of product development, code and third party agencies (AMCA/ASHRAE/UL) involvement, and process improvement in Greenheck’s Damper/Louver division, most recently as the Manager of Louver Engineering.
