The creation of the ASHRAE Foundation was in response to a valid need for increased funding for ASHRAE programs and projects. A solid proponent of education, the Foundation recognizes and accepts the challenge to provide the financial support necessary to offer tailored educational programming to ensure HVAC&R professionals are prepared today for tomorrow’s challenges.

Beyond planned giving or donations, we are proponents of gifts of time. Big Sky ASHRAE has embraced and encouraged communities to start their own sections for the industry professionals in the area and is available for guidance and advice. We’re driven for our members to succeed, offer online presentation opportunities, as well as encourage volunteering within the community. We currently have openings for various chairs and leadership positions in our chapter.
If you’re interested in more ways to contribute within ASHRAE, consider joining our Chapter, developing your own section, or volunteering as an AHSRAE representative or for the larger community. You can also contribute to the Technical, Standards, or Standing Committees within the larger ASHRAE organization.
